Purpose:

The Venn Diagram App shows all overlaps among a collection of different groups(columns in Origin), and reveals the possible logic relationships.

Installation:

Download the file and drag-and-drop onto Origin. A new corresponding icon will appear in the Apps Gallery window. A toolbar will appear when launching the APP.

Note:

• For now, this app only supports the number of input sets <= 5.

• For 2/3-way plot, the size of each overlapped area can be dynamically linked to actual count ratio.

• For 4 or higher number of sets, a static(classic) background will be used.

插件安装：

Origin 插件下载完成后是后缀为".opx"的文件，只需先打开 Origin 软件然后将 ".opx" 文件拖曳进 Origin 面板内即可完成安装，安装过程不会有提示出现，在面板右侧 Apps 窗口中如果有了相应的插件图标（图标灰色并非不可用）即说明安装成功。

具体介绍：

Venn Diagram 插件的使用十分简单，可以说是一键生成，这里给出一个简单的例子，首先初始画一个工作表内部新建四列数据命名为 Set_1~4。每列中使用随机数函数填充了一些随机整数。

点击 Venn Diagram 插件在 Data 栏中选中需要进行韦恩图处理的数据范围，勾选 Export Detailed Overlap List，这样可以输出统计信息，设置完成后点击 OK 即可生成。

生成结果如下，并且在工作表中同时生成了两个新的表单，在 Venn Data 表单中列出了具体各个韦恩分区下存在的元素：
